Trusts It is a portable trust profile for house and pet sitters. This page explains what we collect, what we keep private, and how you stay in control.

Two kinds of data

Public profile fields (display name, handle, city, bio, badges you enable, stats) are only shown when you set your profile to Published. Private information - contact email, phone, address, emergency contacts, private notes - is stored separately and is never visible to anyone but you and Trusts It support.

Where it lives

Data lives in an encrypted managed database. Access is enforced at the row level: your private profile and account settings are readable only by your authenticated session.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't expose references, addresses, or personal documents publicly. We don't share your account information with third-party platforms without an explicit action from you.

Deletion & export

You can delete your account or export a copy of your data at any time - send us a request. Deletion removes your public profile immediately and your private records within 30 days.
